Hanlie Vivier is well known in the property industry and has specialized in the Northern suburbs of Cape Town since 1989. James Vivier, initially studied tourism but soon realised that growing up with a mother in real estate, sparked his interest at a very young age. He joined Hanlie in 2000 and together they have established a sound reputable business when they formed Hanlie Vivier Estates in 2002.

 

They traded as Colliers International- Hanlie Vivier for just over two years but realised that the benefits and flexibility of a well known local brand serves the public even better. They have decided to launch new modern look and feel of the original brand of Vivier Estates.

 

As a leader in the real estate profession, Hanlie Vivier has been involved in the Institute of Estate Agents for many years amongst others also as former Director of Education and Chairperson of the Institute of Estate Agents in the Northern Suburbs.

 

James also establihed himself in the real estate profession with an unique style and approach, popular amongst many clients.
